Wild Mind Experience
A half-day mindfulness walk through the Berkshire countryside. Begins with short yoga sequence and introduction to Zen meditation. I guide us through Nanso No Ho healing ointment meditation to relax and ground us, before we set out on a two hour silent walk using a Koan to help us connect and appreciate nature. The experience closes with a healthy, home prepared picnic or lunch depending on the weather. I can accommodate dogs if required.
